1. What This Reference Is
Eureka Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning Eureka and California. Government records are not hosted here, and the reference is not affiliated with an office, court, library, or records custodian.

References to public access in the Eureka materials point to the California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 et seq.; that law does not override a separate confidentiality statute or court-access rule.
12. Severability
