A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Eureka Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those search terms on its own servers. If you email or write, the operators see the message and the details needed to answer it.

Government records are different. Public records held by California, Humboldt County, or the City of Eureka remain with the custodian under the California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 et seq. A request to remove or correct those records must go to the office that created or holds them.
